Comments: Me my wife mother and sister stayed here for a week we had two room's i read alot of reveiw's on this resort and alot were negative saying the hotel staff were rude and were'nt very hospitabal that was not true for us everyone was very nice and curtious to us the food is expensive and not that well and our main issue was we purchased alot of gift's for friend's and family and we didn'nt notice until we got home that half of our item's had been stolen by the hotel maid's it was all packed in our suit cases besides that we had a great time.

Comments: My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the best time ever! This is by far, the nicest, most relaxing place I have stayed in! And to have it one of the nicest places I've been in was just icing on the cake! The room was incredible with beautiful ocean views. The breeze came in and was so relaxing. The beds were of the most comfort and the pillows and blankets were very nice and soft. The beach was incredible, very soft sand and as pretty as any place I have been. We did some snorkeling, saw lots of turtles, shopped at many different places right near the hotel, and ate at some of the finest restaurants! We will stay here again and would highly recommend staying at this Sheraton. Aloha!

Comments: My company had some meetings out here and this was the greatest business trip I've ever been on. We stayed here for 6 nights and I was very impressed with this hotel. Everything was very nice and beautiful. The views out of our rooms were incredible. The hotel was kept very clean and the grounds were spectacular. They really put a lot of work into keeping it so nice. The pools were very relaxing and the beach was wonderful! I wish we could've just spent more time there but the time we spent was great! I would love to stay here again.

Comments: My family and I recently returned from a 5 night stay here at the Sheraton Maui and we are wishing we were back already! What an amazing hotel! Right on one of the most beautiful beaches, the hotel was extremely nice and everything about it was great. Location, comfort, food, service.... Everything was just perfect! I would highly recommend staying here for your Maui vacation.

Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa is located on the beach in Lahaina's Kaanapali neighborhood, close to Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock, and Whalers Village. Kaanapali Golf Courses is also a point of interest near this spa resort.
Resort Features.
This Lahaina resort has a private beach. Dining options at Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa include 5 restaurants. 2 poolside bars and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. The resort serves hot and cold buffet breakfasts each morning in the restaurant (surcharges apply). Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool, a children's pool, a lazy river, a health club, and a fitness facility. Spa amenities include spa services, massage/treatment rooms, facials, and body treatments. This 4-star property has a business center and offers a meeting/conference room, technology support staff, and limo/town car service. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas (surcharges apply). This Lahaina property has event space consisting of banquet facilities, a ballroom, and exhibit space. The property offers an area shuttle (surcharge). Business services, wedding services, concierge services, and tour assistance are available. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations, makeup/shaving mirrors, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. Wired high-speed and wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. In addition to desks and complimentary newspapers, guestrooms offer phones with voice mail. 32-inch LCD televisions have premium cable channels and pay movies. Also included are windows that open and blackout drapes/curtains. Guests may request a turndown service, microwaves, and hypo-allergenic bedding. Housekeeping is available daily.
