Great Place to stay
Have been staying there for 8 years. We get the royal treatment. Have been going 2-3 times a year for usually 10-12 days. We usually have a suite on the 28 floor about 2500 sq feet and overlooking the strip. The people at Flamingo treat us extremely well. Have done real well on the slots and tables. The wife enjoys the pools. When we check in as the wife puts it we go thru the gold doors to the left of check in and visit with my concierge and go to the room. The service is great and will continue to go there on that note. All is comped so that is great also.

Just got back from a stay at the Flamingo, Our room was big and beds so comfortable and had the best desk clerk Damon I believe his name was...he was from Hawaii. He is a gem and really made our stay fabulous. Will differently be back and tell eveyone to stay at the Flamingo.

We loved it!
My husband and I visited the Flamingo a few years ago, and have decided to return. We loved the ability to have our morning coffee outside in the beautiful natural setting. Being in the middle of the Strip was great! So close to everything.

Totally enjoyed our stay
My two sisters and I have stayed at other hotels in Las Vegas, but have been completly satisfied with the Flamingo Hotel. Check-in is fast, hotel convenient to everything. The pool is fantastic, rooms very nice. The last time we were there was 8/1/09-8/10/09 (most of our nights were comped.). We definintely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellant
I've always stayed at the Flamingo ,its convenient very accomidating right at the centre of everthing. The pool area you can't beat as for their service at the hotel is great. Love the fact your right at a hotel off the strip without walking a half mile in. I recommend the Flamingo to everyone for cost and friendliness and the beautiful back gardens. !

excellent value/location
having stayed at the flamingo on at least 10 occasions in the last 7 years sums up the way my wife and i feel about the flamingo. a friendly, warm atmosphere, the staff even remember us , for us accomodation could be cheaper elsewhere but our stay just wouldnt be the same.

old style vegas in a superb location
Ive stayed twice before at the Flaming and am looking forward to returning in October. Both my previous trips were over Christmas when the pool was closed so I cannot comment on that. True, the Flamingo is a tad dated and could use a makeover and isnt nearly as swanky as the new kids on the block like Palazzo and Encore but hey, you get what you pay for and Ive managed to get really cheap deals before and in October Im getting my rooms comped for most of my stay with my Total Rewards card which incidentaaly doesnt have much play on it. The casino is bright and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly especially the lovely cocktail stewardess who kept me going on club sodas. Where the Flamingo wins hands down is the location. It truly is slap bang in the middle of it all with about ten major resorts a five minute walk away. Get yourself a good deal, remember its not the Ritz and youll have agreat time at this fantastic resort.,

Flamingo is a Fun Hotel
Quick check in. Room was super clean with a view of the Las Vegas strip. Pool was a bit more crowded than expected. You can get a lounge chair if you are in line 30 minutes before the pool opens (7:30). The pool has a great slide and cool waterfalls. The grill has great food. The Flamingo is the perfect location in the middle of the strip.

clean, great location, and friendly
I have stayed at the Flamingo every time I go to Vegas and would not stay anywhere else. It's centrally located on the strip, staff is excellent and friendly, Rooms are big and clean, pool's are well kept and fun. A big plus is Margarittaville is attached right to the Flamingo which is nice for fun in the evening and close to our rooms...I plan on going back for about the 4th or 5th time next year.

Always come back for 8 yrs roll'n
My parents live in ca. so i always fly into
L.V. from fl. I am 45 and going
to vegas since i was 14 and too young to gamble. So i learned how to pick the
best for kids. Now I have 8 and 7 yr olds. Its the best g-ma watches withme
as they wear themselves silly on the water slides. Then she has some
time to slot or roulette. When i get them almost down. Shes done I've power napped to spend the night on the
town. We don't even have to leave usually everything we need from kid food
to adults is excellent. One of the huge
good things is the pool has a seperate
enterance so the kids are not begging
and screaming to get at the adult machines. The pools are done in age groups with fences around them. Who ever did the planning for this hotel must
have had their own kids. I'm not condoning kids and gambling trips. I still believe in the old stay up all night
with you significant other or alone doing
your own biz. But sometimes things don't always workout as well as you planned. This is a great if not best to
do for you little ones and yourselves!! Enjoy m. ps every hotel can have a newer pool or fancy sheets, but in the
end whats under the dirty laundry always come to surface Keep on "TRUCKIN" FLAMINGO

My stay at the Flamingo
I recently stayed at the Flamingo on 4/3-4/7/2009 and it was great. It is in the middle of everything. Great location. I had the Go Room and I loved it. Well WE (my bf and I). The only thing we complain about the Go Room was the bathroom. Lets just say when you need some privacy. You wont have it. Ha!! Funny just remembering it. Well other than that. You will have to wait in a looong line to check in on the weekends only. But I LOVED IT. Some people say you won't be in your room alot. I feel different. Cause when I had a hangover I stayed in there until I got better. And I would have hangovers most of the time.

Can't beat the Value
I really love the Flamingo. It's got a great atmosphere a very friendly staff and it's the best value for the location. Not to mention hands down the absolute best pool I've ever been to. Its a tropical paradise nestled inbetween palm trees in the middle of the desert. The drinks are small and over priced so bring your own if you can get a way with sneaking them in. There's no uptight feeling or ultra exclusive list you have to be on to feel like you're the king of somewhere hot. Not to mention the fact that there's a raging margarita volcano within the hotel.

Loved the location
Me and my husband along with another couple stayed at the Flamingo. We stayed in one of the Go Rooms and it was fantastic.. I have seen several mixed reviews on this hotel. I have to say that from my experience it was a really nice place to stay. Check in was really quick, we watied maybe 10 minutes in line. The rooms were really nice and clean, the shower felt great! The front desk staff was very friendly. The location of this hotel cannot be beat. It is right in the center of the strip. The casino floor is very light and airy and I had really good luck on the slots so I can't complain. I just wish we would have went when the pools were open because they have really nice pools at this property. We enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo and the it was a great value for the price we payed. I would definetely stay here again!
