Comments: My wife and I stayed here while visiting Charlotte and we had a great time. Location was great and the staff was wonderful! I was very pleased with the room we had, everything was very clean and very well taken care of. Our bed was really nice and loaded with pillows which my wife thought was the greatest thing! We were able to get a great rate on here and overall, I was very pleased with everything.

Comments: Some friends of mine surprised me for my birthday with a stay here. It was really great. We had a junior suite, and it was very spacious and nice. It is in a very great location in downtown Charlotte. So much to do! The staff was wonderful and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would love to stay here again.

Comments: Staff here was excellent. Professional, friendly and gave us simple directions to places we wanted to go. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The blankets were very warm and soft. The bathroom was nice with really nice amenities. I was very impressed with how great this hotel was.
