Comments: Hotel staff was great. Casino was good if a little small. The room we stayed in was old 1960's but they are renovating and the pool was great. Good hotel for the price and in a good spot on the strip.

Comments: We stayed at the MGM but next time it is the Tropicana. It was nice to see the best customer service I have ever seen at a casino. From the minute we walked through the door, the doormen welcomed us to the Tropicana. The dealers and the pit bosses asked us how was our day/night going so far. Even to the lady that was constantly keeping that white floor white, with her smile from ear to ear and we enjoyed her dancing to the music. My husband even joined her on the white dance floor. Even when we left the casino, the doormen opened the door and thanked us for visiting the casino and even asked us if they could hail us a cab or direct us to another entertainment spot on the strip. I loved experiencing being treated like that. Our next stay is definitely the TROPICANA!!

Comments: I just came back from vacation in Las Vegas. I really don't know much about the city. My husband and I were celebrating our 30 yr. anniversary. I did the usual research thorugh all the travel websites and then I wrote to each of the few selected one. I got an email response from several but the one that stand out was from the Tropicana Hotel, Ms. Patrica McKay. It was personal from the very start. She walked me through the rates and features. When we flew out to Las Vegas, I asked to meet her personally. She was busy at the time but she took the time and met with my husband and I. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean. We got to know some of the hotel staff by name and visa versa...esp. Donna who works at the entertainment desk. We inquired about the in house shows and in house restaurants. She not only gave us information but she also booked our show tickets and our dinner reservations for us. Everyone was SO GREAT. We could not asked for better service. The Tropicana Hotel & Casino was at the time undergoing remodeling and tranformation when we were there but we can see from the some of the finished areas (including our (Paradise) tower where our room was located, it's going to a beautiful and great place to come stay for anyone visiting. We like the serenity and quiet..not a lot of noisy unsupervised kids like the nearyby hotel across the street which caters to children. The Tropicana has a lot a class and sophistication. Of all the highlights in Las Vegas, the ritzy shopping malls, the great entertainments of all the shows all over town, great meals at all the restaurants that we ate at, the best event that we enjoyed was OUR ROOM and getting to interacting with all the members of the staff who most went out of their way to help us, guide us, give us inside local places to go and see.....that was one of the best parts and the most memorable parts of our trip. My husband and I travel a lot in our 30 years of marriage but we never thought we were would be taking pictures of us inside the hotel areas as part of capturing the highlights of our 30 year anniversary trip. Yes, we will definitely be back to the Tropicana.

Comments: I've been to Vegas many times but had never satyed at Tropicana what an experience. I had the best time ever.The rooms are truly afforadable there cleaner and more comfortable than some of the higher end Hotels where Ive stayed at. Their staff is unbelievable I kid u not. This is where I will be staying from now on. This will be my 3rd time there in a mo. in a half. Happy Vacationing

Comments: tropicana really has it going on ! we probably do vegas 5-6 times a year -never found service or rooms as exceptional as the trop. when staying must look up casino host Ron Chalk , always looking out for his players....

Comments: Stayed there with my vegas buddys from grab a seats 5th birthday , awesome time at tropicanna , club nikki , highly recommended to everyone 600 plus kiwis had a blast . we are planning a return trip to vegas and tropicanna . service was at its best , helpful staff a pleasure all round .

Comments: Been to Vegas 5 times and this was by far our best stay - no complaints at all - we felt like we were in a tropical spot - everyone here is so friendly and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is super!! Looking forward to our vacation next yr here. - also the place smells so good - like coconuts everywhere. Only problem was our room was not ready for two hours past check-in so we were tired and had to hang around waiting. But this can happen elsewhere too!! Enjoy!!

Comments: It was the best Option for My Birthday to come to vegas. We got a great room on the strip and had a great time. They even brought me a cake for my birthday. It was a great hotel close to everything. Would do it again in a heartbeat

Comments: Loved the Tropicana Hotel. We upgraded to the Paradise Island Tower. Had a great view of the strip from our room. The Breakfast buffet was great but dinner buffet did not have as large of a selection as we expected..Loved the pool and spent a lot of time there...nice and clean. We would definitely stay at the Tropicana again. The location was ideal and for the price you can't beat the value.

Comments: We had a large room with a fold out sofa, the room was huge. We had a wonderful stay and are returning again in feb. The whole family of eight will stay in four of the tower rooms can't wait. HEY I ALSO WON NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Thanks Rhonda Thornley

Comments: This is a great hotel in a great spot, right on the strip! We had a great time! There is so much to do, didn't matter what time it was, there was always entertainment going on! There are so many great places to eat within and right close to the hotel. For the price, this place can't be beat.

Comments: Great Hotel, Great Price, and 5 Star Staff. Soon as we checked in we were upgraded to the beautiful Paradise Tower room. The staff was very friendly, helpful and intentive. The hotel was locaed in a great central place, near Air Port, Easy Freeway acess, and on strip. However construction was going on but you really didnt notice it. From now on all my vistis to Las Vegas I will be found resting my head at the Tropicana. The Tropicana was WON me over!

Comments: After 30 years-The Trop experience was fabulous. Bright casino-fantastic employees!! Just like old times. The re-do is so refreshing. We had a blast. Smaller is better in the city for sure!! Can hardly wait to come back!

Near the airport, Tropicana Las Vegas is located in Las Vegas's The Strip neighborhood and close to Crystals at City Center, Sands Expo Convention Center, and Clark County Library. Nearby points of interest also include University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Las Vegas Convention Center.
Resort Features.
Tropicana Las Vegas's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Recreational amenities include 2 spa tubs. Also located on site are a health club and a fitness facility. The property's full-service health spa has body treatments, massage/treatment rooms, facials, and beauty services. This 4-star property has a business center and offers small meeting rooms, limo/town car service, and audio-visual equipment. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. This Las Vegas property has 60000 square feet of event space consisting of banquet facilities, conference/meeting rooms, a ballroom, and exhibit space.
