Comments: I've stayed here three times now and it really is a great hotel. The hotel has undergone some significant renovations over the years and it's looking great. The location really can't be beat. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. Very easy to access the airport as well (only a 10 - 15 minute cab ride). Rooms are a bit on the small side but very comfortable. Wonderful beds and great showers with two shower heads! (I love a good shower) The fitness center is ok, but I spent most of my workout time outdoors running in the Public Garden and the Boston Common, which are only a block or two away. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comments: The hotel was phenomenal! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed in the 'economy room' and was still impressed with my overall experience. The few minor negatives were as follows: a water stain on the ceiling and a gum wrapper under my nightstand (someone didn't vacuum as well as they should have). Otherwise, everything was in place and the amenities were lovely.
