Comments: With the staff being wonderful and offering me an upgrade because space was available, this hotel has a Lot going for it! Easy access to FDR drive, with a gas station out front. Clean bathroom. Nice sheets. You can change the temperature in room, very easy. Suites much larger than others in NY. Walk 2 blocks west to 2nd Ave, take the bus downtown. Furniture is old, but its still in good shape. Will return next visit

Comments: I stayed at the Bentley and found the lobby very inviting. It helped put me in a great mood from the very beginning. The room was very nice and bigger than most I've stayed in, especially in NY and when I booked here on reservation counter, I received a great discount which was an excellent perk.

Comments: My friend and I stayed at the Bentley Hotel in January and we both thought it was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the view was amazing. We loved the nice and new flat panel TV's! We also loved how big it was. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a hotel in New York.

Comments: I have stayed at this hotel for three separate stays - due to a family member having treatment at Sloan Kettering. Great hotel, wonderful staff - small and unassuming - but met every need.

Comments: I stayed at The Bentley and was really impressed. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Feels like a family in just a couple of days. Walking distance to anywhere you would want to go. Quiet Neighborhood which is a plus in NYC. Amazing Views. Comfortable rooms and the beds have really nice linens.I will make this my Hotel of choice for NYC from now on. Pricing is reasonable for NYC.

Comments: I've stayed in many different upscale NYC hotels over the last several year. In March I chose to stay at the Bentley due to good reviews and it being close to my friend's apts. Upon arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful and as well very down to earth! The check in process was quick and since I was staying a week they kindly offered me an upgrade to the suite free of charge! It's incredible! During my stay daily housekeeping called instead of just banging on the door or walking in as so many do to see if I was ready for them to come clean and change my bed. The staff was always asking when I came back how my day was and if I needed anything. Always helping with bags and getting the elevators. I could go on and on. I also love the neighborhood, because it's on the mid to upper east side it's in a quiet and safe area and regardless where in the hotel you are you would either have great city views or a view of the east river. I recommend this hotel!
