Comments: WE STAYED FOR 3 DAYS. EVERY MORNING AS EARLY AS 8:00AM THE CLEANING SERVICE/MAIDS WERE KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR TO FIND OUT WHEN WE WERE LEAVING. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED THAT BEFORE AND IT WAS VERY ANNOYING! TRYING TO CATCH SOME EXTRA SLEEP WAS IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Comments: This is such a beautiful resort! We stayed here for 5 nights and wish we could've stayed longer. The location was perfect, and the service was wonderful! I was very impressed with each of the staff here, they are very well trained and are really friendly and nice. Our room was perfect as well.

Comments: The Portofino was a first class hotel. I chose the hotel mainly based on the early access to the Universal theme parks and would get me into the express lines for attractions. Well there was even more! The setting of the hotel was just beautiful, the rooms were much better than I even imagined and the service was marvelous. We will stay here again and would highly recommend it if your looking to visit the attractions around here.

Comments: After spending all day walking and running around to different rides, and seeing characters, and enjoying the sun, this was a Perfect place to come back to. The hotel is beautiful, the designs are amazing! Our room was very nice and had a really comfortable bed! We ended up using the spa and that made us feel 100 times better! This was probably the funnest place that I have ever stayed giving the wonderful pools, entertainment, and the great restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again.

Resort Features.
In addition to 5 restaurants, Universal's Loews Portofino Bay Hotel offers a snack bar/deli and a coffee shop/café. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include 3 outdoor swimming pools. Also located on site are a children's pool, a health club, a spa tub, a sauna, and a fitness facility. The property's full-service health spa has body treatments, massage/treatment rooms, facials, and beauty services. This 4.5-star property has a business center and offers small meeting rooms, secretarial services, and technology support staff. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and the resort has a computer station. This Orlando property has 42000 square feet of event space consisting of a conference center, banquet facilities, conference/meeting rooms, and a ballroom.
