Comments: I have traveled throught the U.S. staying at numerous hotels providing courtesy shuttles. An absolute gem in Ken! He is courteous, informative providing narrative about the Seattle area, gives clear concise directions, and above all is pleasant to everyone. I am in the hospitality business myself and he was fantastic and a treasure for your company.

Comments: First time to Seattle with my wife and 2 kids (7 and 3) and we couldn't be any more satified with our stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We basiscally had the shuttle take us to and from downtown for the 3 days we stayed there. Parking at the hotel was free whereas other hotels charge you a minimum of $12-$22 dollars per day. The shuttle was free and came within 15mins of our pickup call. The rooms were clean, sheets clean, smelled great, and the breakfast was good and part of the package.Staying here definitely made our vacation that much more enjoyable, thank you to the staff for all your help. We will definitely be coming back and recommending you to others.

Comments: The staff are great, however, when you book a room online or over the phone, they offer you a deluxe view with a jacuzzi for a lower price and after checking in you find that your room actually only has a parking lot view. When you ask to be moved to the room you previously paid for, you are charged an additional fee of at least $50.00 and you still don't receive a jacuzzi view room. When discussing this with management, they tell you that you agreed to the price, however, they don't offer to move you to the room you paid for. This hotel is nice, but it is not Four Seasons Quality. I paid almost $200.00 for a room with a view of the street and a peek-a-boo view of the lake, there was no jacuzzi tub and I should have stayed at the Sheraton for $100.00. Look at all the options before finalizing a plan with this hotel as you will be locked in and will not receive a refund.

Comments: Love the atomosphere and we come every year. It is close to everything. Shuttle takes us to where we want to go at night and we catch a cab home. The view of the Space needle at 12am New Years is to die for and the view period is terrific!

Comments: We really loved our stay at Lake Union. The service here was amazing! They have a shuttle that takes you just about anywhere you'd like to go and its free. There are also some great restaurants and other places to eat within walking distance which was nice. We had a nice big TV. The bed was very comfy and had great blankets and sheets. We will come and stay here again.

Comments: This is a great stay in the Seattle area. We really loved the room that we had. It had such a great view of the water, and we got to see the sea planes and the boats come in and out and it was a really cool site. The shuttle was nice to get around and see the sites. The beds were nice and the service was top of the line. This is truly a great stay in Seattle!

Comments: We stayed at the Silver Cloud Inn and planned shower there. In addition to the comfortable room with a view to stay, the friendly staff helped me to have the event perfectly planned. The location is wonderful and convenient. Close to everything and easy access to the freeway. We knew about the shuttle but did not get a chance to use it. we love to go back soon.

Comments: IWe stayed at the Silver Cloud Lake Union following a brief surgery. The rooms were so clean, smelled great, beds were wonderful, pillows just what I needed, and appointments perfect. Even though I was a bit uncomfortable following the surgery, the staff made me feel like all was okay and it was so fine. Many thanks for your hospitality!! We will definitely be staying again.
