Great Value for the Money in so many ways
My husband, daughter and I spent the first week in March at the Solaris, and can't say enough good things about it, despite our daughter having to be hospitalized for three days for emergency surgery. The Apple Vacation staff was readily available the moment we arrived to introduce us to all the amenities available to us and helped with our arrangements for excursions and even credited us back the cost of a trip we had to cancel due to our daughter's hospitalization. Rebooked our flight - arranged for premium seats upfront, sent a representative to the hospital to assist us, and constantly followed up with us and on our behalf. The hotel staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The hotel doctor we required for our daughter was so professional and caring, and continued to check in on her constantly, and also arranged transport to the private hospital she was taken to where she was provided such wonderful care. Food was superior. We eat at a lot of fine Philadelphia restaurants, and this food was easily able to match any of them. The service, presentation and quality of all the employees was superior. Whether at pool side or one of the many restaurants they were always anxious to serve you (drinks were delicious and always available) Royal Solaris is one of the original All Inclusives, so it is missing some of the glitz of the newer facilities, but it more than makes up for it in so many other ways. Rooms were a little dated, but very clean and didn't have Wifi - but that is probably why they are priced as reasonably as they are. I am happy to recommend them to everyone I know.

Beautiful Place, Great Food, WONDERFUL STAFF !
We had a really great vacation at Royal Solaris. We were treated so well by everyone, our room was clean, the food was really good & the staff made sure everyone was happy (especially Henry in the dining room - he was exceptionally good to us & had such a fun outgoing personality). We would definately like to go back.

AMAZING
Loved this resort.. the staff anywhere in the resort were always super friendly, this was my first time to Cancun, and I will be coming back and re booking at the Royal Solaris, Loved the rooms, and the at home relaxed feeling. The food was fantastic in every single place we ate at..
I wish I was back in Mexico now :-(

Location. Royal Solaris Cancun All Inclusive is located at the secluded southern boundary of Cancun, Mexico, on an expanse of white sand and rock beach. Wet 'n Wild offers family entertainment two kilometers away while multiple shopping malls, restaurants and nightclubs stand within eight kilometers of this property.
Hotel Features. Las Fuentas restaurant offers linen service and views of the pool and sea. Mexican dishes and cooked to order omelets are this restaurant's specialty. Veneto is known for its homemade pasta while Marco Polo adds local finesse to Oaxacan, Yucatan and Mediterranean dishes. Seven additional restaurants and bars serve guests' culinary desires. A bi level pool features a section that cascades into a lower level with a swim up bar. A second "quiet" pool lies adjacent to two 20 person spa tubs. Next to the Kids' Club is a children's pool. A beauty salon offers massage and beauty treatments while the fitness center features cardiovascular and weight machines, free weights, and offers complimentary aerobics sessions. One section is a tower while the other section resembles a seaside village with red tile roofs and courtyards. D?cor features pale gray tiled floors, caramel color furnishings, bright bedspreads and marble vanities. Some rooms include ground floor terraces or step out balconies. Bathrooms feature shower tub combinations and complimentary toiletries.
Expert Tip. Although the resort offers boundless activities, guests may wish to experience the nightlife of downtown Cancun. A complimentary one way shuttle bus serves the hotel and provides downtown transportation.
