We have stayed at your hotel several times and was never charged a guest parking fee. Why were we charged this time?
I'd like to add that while everything else was great. The room coffee maker didn't work and neither did the blow dryer.
The last several times I've stayed at this hotel I had the following problems: toilet didn't flush, no towels, air conditioner didn't work, had a room cancelled that I had a confirmation for, and went to the restaurant and could not get any service whatsoever.I believe you have a significant quality issue.
we had an allergy pure room and our room smelled of smoke. There was no way that this was an allergy free room.
very comfortable bed &pillows, good food, excellent 2 house keeping
The room was very comfortable; the women that work breakfast are wonderful and hard working; the drinks this year were very very disappointing.

The ponds with waterfalls, koi and turtles is gorgeous inside! It's very comfortable and inviting. Our stay was for a family reunion and the meeting area was perfect. The free breakfast was top notch, very appreciated, and an excellent benefit! The pool area is also very beautiful, inviting, well stocked with towels, comfortable, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Though we booked two months in advance for an early June stay, our top floor, non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke and we should have switched. It was clean and roomy, however. Because we needed to use the pull-out sofa-bed we needed to request an extra blanket and pillows (normally hotels have at least one extra pillow, but our room didn't), which took two requests to fill adequately. We had only feather pillows and the bed was not comfortable for my husband, but I slept all right on it. I would definitely stay here again, all things considered.

would stay with you again

The hotel staff was great. The carpets were very dirty and had a slight odor. The elevator also had an odor about it. Other then that the hotel was great and my family and I had a very nice stay. The breakfast and happy hour are great additions to our stay. We really appreciate accommodating our baseball team, the great team rate, and we will definitely stay at this or another Embassy Suites in the future.
excellent stay. plan to visit again soon
We have been staying here for a number of years and still enjoy the locaton and service.
Friendly staff and clean rooms.
